How do I place order ?

Step (1) - Select your item, select options where available and click "Add to cart" Step (2) - Item has been added to the basket. Continue shopping or proceed to checkout. Step (3) - Click on basket to view items, If you choose to checkout, click check out and you will be brought to the checkout page. Kindly furnish the details Step (4) - Choose payment method , Add any comments about your order, and you are done!

Can I choose my delivery slot?

Delivery slot are subjected to availability, but you can contact us and our customer service agent will see how they can help with your request

When can I get my order?

If items are on stock , you can get within 7 days , if it is pre order item or special indent orders, it can take from 3 - 10 weeks delivery.

What payments are accepted?

We currently accept VISA, MASTERCARD, PAYNOW and PAYLAH.

How can I cancel or change my order?

It is subject to approval to change your order, and you are not able to change order once item is ready for delivery. If you’d still like to exchange an item, you will need to return the item (see our return policy) and place a new order.

Do you have bulk discounts for big order?

Yes, we do, discount vary depending on the items and quantity, you can contact or email to enquiry@livingsolution.com.sg and we will get back to you.

Can you hold my order until my house is ready?

Yes, we can hold your order until you are ready for us to deliver to your home
