FAQ regarding our custom carpentry made in China

-The base material carcass is high-quality particleboard.
– which has 1.3 times the nail-holding and load-bearing capacity of ordinary particleboard and surpasses the European E0 environmental standard.

– The processing technology of particle boards available in the market is far inferior to ours.

– Others come with low density, poor screw-holding capacity, and inadequate load-bearing performance, making them prone to breaking and deforming during use.

-We use German REHAU edge banding and KLEIBERIT glue, which has a melting point of up to 300 degrees.

– The edge banding is applied using German Homag edge banding machines, ensuring it won’t easily peel off, protecting the boards from moisture and odor while providing a more aesthetic look.

– Our PVC edge banding is also make from food-grade environmentally friendly materials, similar to materials for water pipes and medical drip bottles, ensuring environmental safety and no pollution.

– MDF has a relatively smooth surface, making it easy to shape, and we typically use it for door panels.

– Compared to MDF, particle board has stronger screw-holding capacity and load-bearing performance, providing higher stability for the cabinet body and is also more cost-effective.

– Why don’t you use solid wood for Carcass?

Solid wood is relatively rare and very expensive. If an entire kitchen cabinet set were made of high-quality solid wood, ensuring good load-bearing capacity and screw-holding strength, the price would be several times higher than it is now.

Secondly, some solid wood is not suitable for cabinet bodies. Firstly, it doesn’t bear weight well; secondly, it easily cracks and deforms, making it unrepairable later. To ensure quality and avoid problems during use while pursuing cost-effectiveness, we use solid wood particle board for cabinet bodies.
